In the past decade, online gambling has become an increasingly popular way of gambling in the U.S. Gambling as a business has grown in recent years and hundreds of new gambling sites have emerged. There are many debates as to whether online gambling should be regulated or not. Some states have taken action to ban online gambling, but the majority of states allow online gambling. That is not to say all online gambling is illegal; but the laws regarding online gambling are different than offline gambling.
