There are many forms of Knight Endurance spells available for any Mage who chooses to hone their skills. In general, the endurance talents build upon the base melee and ranged talent trees. They offer the benefit of increased attack power, recharge speed, and less damage taken. They also improve the duration of your shields and barriers. Each one is more potent than the last.

Talent: Shocking Instinct - Increases the spell casting speed and damage of your primary skills by 10%. It doesn't sound like much, but it does go a long way. With a little practice you can expect to shave off significant amounts of time during your primary spells. If you prefer to cast several at once, the increase to your overall casting speed from this talent alone will be huge. This is especially useful when coupled with a critical strike buff of some kind or something similar. For solo play, this is a must.

Talent: Distracting Rays - Causes a number of enemies to be stunned while you channel your energy into your next spell. The duration of this stun is dependent on the number of rays cast. Since your whole point of PvP is making as much damage as possible with every cast, this is a great bonus to have for surprise attacks.

Talent: Efficacy - Reduces the recharge cost of your spells by 25%. The idea behind this talent is that you want to cast your best spells as often as you can without wasting mana. At higher levels of endurance you'll use all of your conduit spells to recharge instead of just a few.

Talent: Puncture - When you channel a spell into a conduit you generate a small amount of extra damage. The amount depends on your talents, but you generally deal more damage when you channel than when you're actually casting the spell. It's a small bonus that aren't particularly big game changing, but it can add up over time. It doesn't help that being a tank means you get extra damage from your pet either. Talent: Defensive Skills - Increases the overall day of your knight. You want to maximize your defenses so choose talents that improve this aspect of your endurance rating. Things like plate armor and shield mastery are good investments so go ahead and put them to work!
